Copyright Policy

Effective Date: 1st March 2026

All software systems, websites, web applications, mobile applications, source code, databases, interfaces, layouts, designs, logos, documentation, written content, and digital materials developed, published, or owned by Expert Trade Global Resources Nigeria Limited (ETGR) are protected by copyright laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and applicable international intellectual property treaties.

1. Ownership of Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to all ETGR software products, platforms, and digital assets remain the exclusive property of Expert Trade Global Resources Nigeria Limited, except where expressly stated in a written and signed agreement. No ownership rights are transferred to any user or client by use of the software.

2. Restricted and Prohibited Uses

Without the prior written consent of ETGR, you are strictly prohibited from:

Copying, cloning, duplicating, or redistributing any part of ETGR software or systems.
Modifying, translating, reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the software.
Creating derivative works based on ETGR products.
Reselling, leasing, renting, or sublicensing ETGR software or services.
Removing or altering copyright notices, trademarks, branding, or embedded security mechanisms.
Using ETGR software for unauthorized commercial or competitive purposes.

3. Legal Enforcement and Consequences

Any individual or organization found to be infringing upon ETGR’s intellectual property rights shall be subject to:

Civil actions seeking damages, compensation, and injunctive relief.
Immediate termination of access to all ETGR platforms and services.
Criminal prosecution under Nigerian Copyright and Cybercrime Laws where applicable.
Fines, asset seizure, and imprisonment as provided by law.

ETGR actively monitors for copyright abuse and reserves the right to cooperate with law enforcement agencies, regulatory authorities, and courts to fully enforce its rights.

4. Client License and Permitted Use

Clients are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use ETGR software solely for their internal business or institutional operations. This license does not permit copying, resale, or redistribution of the software. Ownership of the software and all related intellectual property remains with ETGR at all times unless explicitly transferred by written contract.

5. Reporting Infringement

If you become aware of any unauthorized copying, distribution, or use of ETGR software or content, please report such activity immediately to:

6. Policy Amendments
